Position: Project Manager

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring robotics and automation projects, ensuring client satisfaction, adherence to timelines and budgets, while coordinating internal teams in collaboration with the Production Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan tasks, resources, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project hours, material costs, and risk management
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules (Gantt charts) and produce monthly reports
• Document and lead client, internal, and post-mortem meetings
• Collaborate with installation, sales, and support teams
• Track orders and materials reception (blocker management)
• Support risk analysis and team member development
• Lead weekly client meetings
• Ensure client communication: expectations, deliverables, satisfaction follow-up
• Prepare project presentations and support project start-up
• Participate in monthly invoicing and expense validation

Qualifications:

• DEC or AEC in Industrial Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Project management education (asset)
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in robotics or project management
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of robotics, automation, mechanics, electricity, and programming (asset)
• Understanding of safety standards for robotic system integration (asset)
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French, and good command of English (spoken and written). The selected candidate will communicate regularly with English-speaking clients and partners.
